Partial refunds will be issued if the buyer chooses to return the item because of personal reasons not dealing with the quality of the item.     Please note that return-shipping cost and proper packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued after product is returned in same condition as shipped.

  • TOOL CARE

    Do not use hot water, dishwasher, soaking or expose to excessive heat as the material may warp. 

    A quick wipe with a damp sponge should do the trick. For dried-on clay, cool, soapy water can be used with a sponge, rinse and dry.

    High heat will warp our tools. Do not store in areas that are subject to heat (ie: car, garage, direct sunlight, etc.) Do not use hot water, dishwasher, soaking or expose to excessive heat as the material may warp.
